Kastle Keypers provides home watch services designed to visually observe a property during scheduled visits and report readily observable conditions to the property owner or authorized contact. The specific scope, frequency, pricing, responsibilities, limitations, and procedures applicable to a client’s property are governed by the client’s separate service agreement. Unless expressly included in a written agreement, Kastle Keypers does not provide property management, professional home inspection, engineering, construction, security monitoring, alarm response, insurance inspection, mold inspection, pest control, HVAC repair, plumbing repair, electrical repair, or other licensed trade services. Nothing stated on this website expands or modifies the scope of services contained in a client’s executed service agreement.
No Guarantee Against Property Damage
Home watch services may help identify visible conditions at a property, but they cannot eliminate risk or guarantee that every issue will be discovered. Conditions may arise between scheduled visits or may not be readily observable at the time of a visit. These conditions may include, without limitation, water leaks, plumbing failures, HVAC failures, moisture, mold, pest activity, electrical issues, appliance failures, storm damage, theft, vandalism, roof damage, pool equipment failures, landscaping issues, or other property damage. Kastle Keypers does not guarantee prevention, discovery, or correction of any particular condition, event, or loss.
Emergencies and Property Conditions
If Kastle Keypers observes a condition that reasonably appears to require attention, we may attempt to notify the client or the client’s designated emergency contact. Any authority Kastle Keypers may have to contact vendors, emergency services, condominium or homeowners’ associations, utility providers, contractors, or other third parties on behalf of a client will be governed by the client’s service agreement. Use of this website alone does not authorize Kastle Keypers to enter a property, incur expenses on behalf of a property owner, hire contractors, or authorize repairs.
Hurricanes, Severe Weather, and Other Events
Florida properties may be affected by hurricanes, tropical storms, flooding, severe weather, power outages, access restrictions, evacuation orders, road closures, and other events beyond our control. Kastle Keypers does not guarantee that scheduled visits can be performed during or immediately following such events. Storm preparation, post-storm inspections, shutter services, emergency visits, or similar services are provided only when specifically offered and agreed upon. Service timing following a major event may depend on conditions, safety, governmental restrictions, property accessibility, staffing, and other circumstances.
